| Henceforth the Kirkish Committee for the Arts shall be under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It shall be the duty of that Ministry to administer the aforementioned Committee.

| Henceforth, the activities of the current Parliament are suspended until the Constitutional Convention. Parliament shall, for all intents and purposes, be considered in recess until the conclusion of the Convention.

The Constitutional Convention being over and the new Constitution having been adopted Parliament shall be reconvened. All previous Members of Parliament shall be reappointed to their respective posts and the operation of Parliament shall be resumed. Also, all the previously enacted Acts of Parliament shall be retained as binding law and all motions shall also be retained.
The previous Privy Council will be retained in full and shall not be altered in any way.

| Henceforth, the minimum wage, as set forth in the Act for Fair Labour Standards and the Act for the Regulation and Nationalisation of Industry shall be amended to say "0.25 Kirkish pounds an hour or 520 Kirkish pounds a year." This is being done for the forthcoming monetary revaluation that will take place in the near future.
