Noting the insults given to Freedomia by Lenendstress in the form of insulting their Emperor.

Further noting that solidarity among monarchies is necessary for preserving the monarchical form of government.

Further noting that Freedomia asked for our assistance in their time of need.

Be it resolved that a state of war shall exist between the Kingdom of Kirkland and Lenendstress. All trade, both economic and diplomatic, with Lenendstress shall cease and open hostilities shall commence. The Armed Forces of Kirkland are to be mobilised immediately and be sent to fight the Lenendstressian aggressors. A de facto alliance shall exist with Freedomia so long as this conflict continues. This bill shall authorise conflict between Kirkland and Lenendstress for no more than 6 months before re-authorisation of the conflict is required. Any future peace treaty made with Lenendstress will nullify this declaration. Any future peace treaty with Lenendstress must contain a clause ending Lenendstress's war with Freedomia.
