Noting that there is no legislative protection for the flag
Be it resolved that the defamation of a flag or the image of the flag of the Grand Kingdom of Kirkland shall be considered illegal.
- Defamation shall include, but not be limited to:
- burning
- ripping
- stomping on
- improper showing of
- or defacing
- Anyone found defaming a flag or the image of the flag of the Grand Kingdom of Kirkland shall be fined a minimum of 500 Kirkish pounds and a maximum of 5000 Kirkish pounds and shall pay for the replacement of the flag that was defamed if a flag was defamed.
