Noting the need to protect the public from illegal gatherings of seditious groups and persons
Be it resolved that:
- Citizens and nobles shall not be allowed to gather in groups larger than 3 people without prior permission from the Under-Secretary for Security and Counter Terrorism.
- Any gathering of 3 or less people that is found making seditious speech shall be immediately dispersed and the seditious people arrested.
- The Ministry of Internal Affairs and His Majesty's Armed Forces shall be given the power to disperse any gathering, regardless of size, if it is determined to be a danger to public safety.
- Section 8 of the Act for a New Police Force is to be repealed in its entirety.
