Act to End Illegal Citizen Activity

Noting the advice given in the Parliamentary Report on the Coup of July 19th, 2011

Further noting the need to control the activities of the citizenry

Be it resolved that:

Citizens shall be considered any naturalized person residing in Kirkland that has not been granted or inherited a noble title given to them, or their family, by the Sovereign of Kirkland.
Citizens shall not be allowed to gather into groups larger than 3 without prior approval from the Internal Security Agency and the Under-Secretary for Security and Counter Terrorism.
Citizens shall not be allowed to publish news articles, books, academic papers, or any other work in print without prior approval from the Ideological Protection Agency and the Under-Secretary for Security and Counter Terrorism
Citizens shall not be permitted to read, listen to, or watch anything that is not approved by the Ideological Protection Agency and the Under-Secretary for Security and Counter Terrorism.
Citizens wishing to join the Armed Forces, apply for any government position, or work for a private company or corporation that has been contracted by the government to perform a task must be subjected to a full background check before employment is offered. In the event that the applicant is found to hold unsatisfactory opinions or has expressed opinions favoring republicanism, revolutionary communism, or sedition then the applicant may be arrested and tried for the opinions that they have expressed.

All the votes being in and there being more yes votes than no votes the bill passes. The Act to End Illegal Citizen Activity is adopted

Final vote 4 yes, 2 no, 1 abstain
