Henceforth, the Grand Duchy of Alovia shall be governed under a written Constitution. This new Constitution shall govern all of the activities of the various elements of policy-making in this Grand Duchy. The Alovian Constitution shall be considered fully subordinate to the national Kirkish Constitution and shall act only with powers granted by that most high of Constitution.
